Theodore W. and John G. Jones filed a petition petition in the Circuit Court apainst John W. Moore, Grand Master of the Grand Lodire of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons, and John G. Jones Lodge, No, 7, of the same, for a mandamus to compel their reinstatement in John Jones Lodge. The petitioners are 32J decree Masons, and charge that Moore expelled them without trial He has the power to reinstate them, but has refused refused to do so. John G. Jones is a colored lawyer, lawyer, and sned Moore for S0,000 damages a lew days since for the expulsion.
