Farm Labor Camps Must Continue To Be For Migrants McALLEN, Aug. 21.—</P>—Cities or counties that acquire the six South Texas federal farm labor supply, camps will have to continue to operate them primarily for migratory farm workers. That was an opinion expressed by State Labor Commissioner M. B. Morgan, who with Assistant Attorney General David Wuntsch, concluded a two-day tour of the camps yesterday. Morgan said the governor's committee he heads certainly "wants to help" those seeking to acquire the camps. He said the city of Sinton li trying to obtain the Sinton camp, Nueotd county the Robstown camp, Willacy county the Raymondville camp, Cameron county the Harlln- gen center, the city of Weslaco and other local agencies the Weslaco camp, and McAllen the McAllen camp.
