April 30.--The Supreme court granted the desire of the attorneys in the Forest and Langlade county fight, argued April G. but in no decision has been rendered, for a further hearing. Upon application in open court leave was given Forest. uuiuU.)--to- do and serve additional brief within days. Langlade county is to have ten days thereafter to reply, and Forest county will have five days thereafter reply. The hearing in the application of Rosenburg for a writ of habeas corpus was by stipulation of the attorneys on motion continued till May l.~. in the case of the H. B. Claflin company vs. Stearns et al., the appeal dismissed with costs. In the case of Kremer vs. BatiPr et. the appeal was dismissed by stipulation. Court then adjourned to May 1f. the following cases will bo called for argument: Nos. 1 state, 17 and o2 to inclusive, except Nos. 38, 53, 56', 03 UG. Joshua Stark of Milwaukee and Col. Jj. J. Husk of Chippi'wa Falls, members of t??e state board of law examiners, are conducting a state examination of thirty-five applicants for admission lo bar.
