Prison term suspension being sought Bernard Eggleston, 47, of Columbus, through his attorney, Robert Mowbray, has filed a motion in common pleas court asking the balance of his 1-7 - year prison sentence in Ohio Penitentiary be suspended and that he be placed on probation. Judge Raymond Rice sentenced him last July 20 after Eggleston pleaded guilty to concealing stolen property stemming from the March 1(5 burglary and theft of guns valued at $5000 from the Dale Porcher home in Newcomerstown. Eggleston and Hiawatha King of RD 2, New Philadelphia, were indicted by the April grand jury for acting in concert in the breakin. King pleaded guilty and was placed on four years probation Aug. 2.
