RICHER WOMAN FATALLY HURT Fall Results in Death for Mrs. Daphne Bradbury, Former Mine. Owner PICKER, Aug. 30—(Special)— Mrs. Daphne Bradbury,, former owner of the Big Chief Mining company and Tri-State 'district mining pioneer, died in Miami Baptist, Baptist, hospital at 1:15 p. m. today. She was taken to the hospital last Saturday after collapsing at her home at 218 Third avenue avenue here. She reportedly received a head injury in a fall from her bed at about 4:30 p. m. The former Mrs. Jack Davis, she moved to" Picher in -1915 "and since, had ;been a member of the Union church. A talented musician, she was' an organist at the Union and Methodist churches here. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Leila Frankel of Denver, Colo.; two sons, Jim Davis of Madill, Okla., and Jackie Lee Davis of the home, and two sisters, Mrs. Leila Redmond of Carter- yille, Ga., and Mrs. Walter Kam- nier of Westwood, Calif. Funeral arrangements > will be announced by the Goodson Funeral home. .
