Miller, 28, captain of the Minquas fire company, was arrested in his home Tuesday by ' state police. | Sgt. James Updyke cf the state police and Dist. Atty. Samuel Hal- pern of Chester County, said Millmore cr made a statement admitting all the fires. He helped fight them all. Updyke said Miller told him he had no motive for starting the fires and didn't know why he did it. The heaviest loss was at the Bieking paper mill, a reported $100,000 damage the night of Jan. 23. The night of Feb. 1-2 there were three fires, one !n the barn 0f Miller's mother-in-law, Mrs. Jane Blosionski, one in her home justice of the Peace James Mo 1 Queen of Cain Township and another at the Central Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Blorionski estimated her damage at $30,500, and the church nt $20.000. Miller will have a hearing on an arson charge Friday before
