Creps, Guardian of Paul S. and William H. McGregor, minor children of William 1L McGregor, late of Indiana, Pa., deceased, will on Monday, the 26th day of May. 1919, present his petition to th* Orphans' Court of Indiana County, for leave to sell at private sale tbe interest of each of said minor children, being an undivided oue-twenty-second (1*22) interest in the following two (2) described pieces of real estate, and to the persons and for the prices hereinafter mentioned. First Tract: Lot of ground situate in the Fourth Ward of the borough of Indiana, Indiana County. Pa., being 45.1 feet in front on the North side of Philadelphia street and extending back 178 feet, more or lees, to Nixon Alley, having thereon erected a two-story dwelling house, frame stable and other outbuildings. Said tract proposed to be sold to David L. Roumm. for tbe price of $4.000. being the sum of $181.82 for the undl- viided one-twenty-second (1-22) interest of «*eh of said wards therein. Second Tract: Lot of grouad situate in the Second Ward of the borough of Indiana. Indlaina County. Pa., containing 5.108 acres, bounded by land of J. T. Bell. Locust Street, Fifth Street and land formerly of Joseph Bath. EXCEPTING- AND RESERVING, however, a lot 200 feet by CO feet, conveyed to Frank McGregor by deed recorded in Indiana County. In Deed Book. Vol. 143. page 187; and also a lot 200 f*et by 50.17 feet, conveyed to John McGregor by Deed Book Vol. 150. page 69. Said Second Tract proposed to be sold to A. C. Ferrier. for the price or sum of $3.300. being the sum of $150 for the undivided one-twenty-second (1-22) interest of each of said minors- deed recorded in Indiana County, in TERMS OF SALE to be cash upon delivery of deed.
