Remembered Wife's Friend. The late saloon keeper. Wendel Meyer. who committed suicide in Eden Park some months ago. is one of the beneficiaries of the will of the late John C. Lindner, whos will was filed for probate yesterday. The will gives his granddaughter. Sophia Fen wick. MiO. and his grandson. John Fen-wick. Fen-wick. Fen-wick. $300. besides his JliJOO life insurance policy. The Deutsche Aitenhelm gets .'MJO, the Evangellsche Protestantlsch Gemelnda J200. and the Spring Grove Cemetery As sociation t'JSO. All of his real estate is left to his friend. Anna Roeck. for her faithful services and many kindnesses to Lindner's wife during the latter's last illness. The residue of the estate is left to Wendel Mey er, who was made executor, but a codicil after Meyer's death, makes Wm. Elchner executor, without changing the disposition of the residue. The estate is not estimated. estimated.
