REAL ESTATE PROPOSED BURNSIDE STREET BUILDING: Construction is expected to start soon on a $3,000,000 19-storey office building on Burnside street at University street. Six of the storeys will be undergrounded. They will house mecnanically-operated garage that will accommodate more than 150 cars in individual "pigeon-holes." This system of parking is said to be the first in Canada. The architects are Greenspoon, Freedlander and Dunne. They said that if all goes well the garage could be in operation in the fall and the building completed by mid 1956. The structure will rise on the southeast corner of the intersection.
