Mr. Skecn moved to Klamatn Falls In 1033, and was active In business and church circles there, He waj director of the Klamath Pulls Chamber of Commerce and chairman of the retail merchant division of the .chamber, member of the Klamath hoard of education and past president of Klamath Falls Llow c'.ub. Before movlns to OrcROn, Mr. SHeen wns active in O;den 12th and 18th wards. After movlnc to Klamath Falls, hn was branch president there tor two yean. Later ne became district president of tho south Oregon LDS district which position ho held for elRht years.
