A Linkous Funeral Rites Set ATHENS, May 6 (RNS) --Funeral --Funeral rites for Mrs. Nora Linkous. |80. of Charleston former resident of Athens, will be conducted at i the Athens Methodist Church Monday at 2 p.m. The Rev. Mr. and* the Rev. N. W. Looney officiate, with burial following in the Athens Cemetery. Â· Mrs. Linkous died Saturday '4 p.m. at the home of her foster daughter, Mrs. William R. Butler Butler of Charleston, after a long illness. She was bom at Athens, Nov. 20, 1375, the daughter of late Allen M. and Mary Jane Williams. She was married to William C. Linkous, who died in Jon June 10, 1895.. She had 1 most of her life in Mercer Surviving are three brothers: W. L. Williams, Wilmington, G. G. Williams of Route 1, Bluefield and John C. Williams of; Beckley; two sisters, Mrs. Grace Farley, Charleston, and Mrs. E. Blaiae" King of Huntington. The body wall be brought to church-one hour before the vices. Friends of the family ser- will serve as pallbearers and of _the WSCS of the church will act as flower bearers.
