1009 PROTEST LIQUOR STORE AT M1LLERSBURG Ten Petitions Circulated by Borough Church Leaders Millersbnrg, Oct. 26. Officials of the State Liquor Control Board re cently abandoned plans to place a State liquor store In Millersburg. The decision was reached by the board following the receipt of ten petitions containing the names of 1009 voters of the Millersburg com munity, protesting the location of a store here. The petitions were circulated under the leadership of the Rev. W. E. Pottieger, pastor of the local Grace Evangelical Church, and local church officials. An Investigation by the board followed.
