Anderson School PTA Hears Talk By Major Keyes Maj. Robert Keyes, state director director of Civil Defense, spoke on the subject of national defense during during a meeting ot the C. R. Anderson Anderson School PTA on Wednesday, Jack C. Naegele, president, said.
