Tho Fisk Parent-Teacher association met and held their first organization meeting Wcdensday afternoon, Ja.n. 8, at the Fisk schoolhouse. They were addressed by Mrs. George Fockler of Johnstown, who is the organizing chairman of the Cambria County Parent-Teacher Parent-Teacher association. During the meeting, at which quite a, few were present, the following officers were elected: President, Mrs. Mary Wild; vice president, Mrs. John Krise; secretary, secretary, Mrs. Nina Hess; assistant secretary, secretary, Mrs. H. B. Noel; treasurer, Mrs. M. J. Noel. It is hoped that all Of the patrons In this community will join that association. The Community association of the Na.gel school, located near Patton, will hold their monthly meeting Friday evening, Jan. 24, in that school. A variety program will be given. The public is cordially invited. Mr. and Mrs. Godfrey Potter and •children ordean and Harold, of Fallen /Timber, and Miss Hilda Noel of Ash- vllle, motored to Klttanning on Thursday, Thursday, where they spent the day. Miss Noel has been spending some time visiting at the Potter home.
