He was then brought to Murphysboro Murphysboro and placed in the county jail and indicted by the grand jury. States Attorney Schwartz is prosecuting prosecuting Leehy and Judge Willard P. Ellis is defending him. The defense will attempt to prove that the girl was not attacked hut consented to ac company Leehy.
