of at a on JURY of PEOPLE_VUESTER SMITH Oneco Youth, Charged With Assault, Assault, Denies Accusations of State Taking of testimony in the case of the people vs Lester Smith, Oneco township, charged, with assault on the person of Mrs. Perry Yeagle, Oneco, was concluded in the circuit court at 11:30 o'clock this morning. State's Attorney Louis F. Reinhold then reviewed the case for the jury on behalf of the state while Attorney Attorney William S. Wilson argued on behalf of the defendant. The jury received the case, after hearing instructions instructions from Judge H. L. Hcer about 2:30 o'clock. The state tended to prove that Smith had attacked Mrs. Yeagle at her home in Muy, 1932, and he subsequently subsequently was indicted on the assault assault charge. The defense denied every accusation of the state. Smith had been employed at the Yoagle farm for some time pnor to the alleged alleged assault.
