ir, Woman Breaks Leg at Benefit Party Sometimes it seems that goodness doesn't pay off the way it should. At any rate, it was while she was attending a benefit card party for Stanley Pennycook, route 2, who suffered suffered a broken leg, that Mrs. John Grunzel, route 2, also suffered suffered a broken leg. The benefit was sponsored by the Consolidated 4-H club for Pennycook, who was a patient in a hospital for many weeks following an automobile crash Dec. 12 in which his leg was broken. After the party Friday night, he was presented with $60. But while she was at the party, Mrs. Grunzel slipped on the steps in the build ng and fell, breaking one bone in her left ankle and chipping another bone.
