Being welcomed to Provo are Mr. and Mrs. Harold Ruttinger who have come from El Segunde, Calif. The new arrivals, a retired couple, plan to make their home here where they can enjoy their children and become better acquainted with their 13 grandchildren. Mr. Ruttinger is a former Los Angeles business man. Joining in the welcome are their daughter, Kathryn and husband, Kent Rowley of Orem and Patricia and husband, Delyn Williams of Spanish Fork, and son Paul, who is attending the Utah Technical College. Another son, Harold J. Ruttinger is filling a mission in Chile. Mr. and Mrs. Ruttinger have just returned from a visit in Seattle, Wash., where they welcomed twin granddaughters, Christa Mae and Beth Ann, children of Muiriel and Carl McGrath.
