Phillips, 66, 2003 S'.ate S!., died at 1:50 p.m. Wednesday at Community Hospital of a sudden heart attack. Retired from Guide Lamp Division, Division, he was born in Liberty, Ky., Nov. 3, 1903, the son of Henry and Laura W. Phillips. came to this communi-fy 30 ago. Surviving are his widow, Theda I. Phillips; five children, Mrs. Phyllis Harless, Mrs. Anita Mun- gcr, Odie Phillips Jr. and Jack Phillips, all of Anderson and Dixie Jacobs of Muncie; two lers, Lora Chapman and Addie Philh'ps of Anderson; two brothers, brothers, Edward Phillips of Anderson Anderson and Harold Phillips of Middletown; Middletown; IS grandchildren; and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at 10 ajn. Friday at the Sells and Rowe Funeral Home. The body will then be transferred the Bartle Funeral Home 1 al Liberty, Liberty, Ky. Interment will be in the Gumlick Cemetery there. Friends wil] be received today frcm 2 to 9 p.m. aft he Sells Rowe Funeral Home.
