INJURED IN WELCH The Bourbon-Standard " reports Last Friday A.' W, Barton, and nephew, Ceo. Pace, were the victims of an unavoidable accident on the highway, four miles beyond Gray Summitt. Mr. and Mrs. Barton ac companied Robert; Gibson and wife to the city where Mr. Barton pur chased a car and while returning ran unexpected lnt the lee that covered the pavement at that point Sir. and Mrs. Gibson who were In the lead saw through the mlrrow, the car slide and go over the em baukment Mr. Barton was thrown over the fence, several feet from the car. Robert administered first aid while awaiting a doctor from Pacific. A St. Louis ambulance was called and Mr, Barton was tak en to the Missouri Baptist Sanitar ium, where he is being cared for by the Drs. Hamlin attending him.
