Funeral Rites Set Today For Mrs. Powell SOUTH BOSTON -- Funeral rites for Mrs. Rena Anderson Powell will be held today at a.m., at Powell Funeral Chapel by the Rev. Ralph E. Haugh. Burial will follow in the cemetery of Asbury Methodisl Church. Mrs. Powell died in a South Boston nursing home. Born in Halifax County 11, 1882, she was a daughter the late Andrew B. and Sally Wood Anderson, and to e r husband was the late Nathan Floyd Powell. She was member of Main S t r Methodist Church. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Cleo P . Johnson of Arlington, Mrs. Rosalie P. Day of Asheville N.C., Miss Elizabeth Powell of South Boston, Mrs. Helen P Setzke of Ellicott City, Md., Mrs. Wilfred P. McCormick of Mentor, Ohio. She also leaves grandchildren, 17 g r e a't grandchildren and one great- great-grandchild.
