The long sheer sleeves were trimmed in wide cuffs of matching scalloped lace. The raised waist was defined with a narrow band of chiffon over taffeta. Lace continued from the bodice down the front of the softly gathered skirt which formed a sweep train. Thg bride 's silk illusion tiered veife elbow length and Man- tijKlength, were caught to a J PS cap headpiece trimmed , wjgjace. She carried a cascade bwwjoet of white Sweetheart < rmm and lily-of-the-valley. ' tSSZ Attendants a s Mary Johnson, Rich, Va., was maid of honor. BruEsmaids were Mrs. Wayne Tyrrell, Rock Island, and Mrs. Byron Baughman, Macomb. Attendants were in cotillion blue dresses of sheer chiffon over taffeta. Groomsmen and ushers were the bride's brothers, Dale Collis, Galva, and William Collis. The bride's cousins, Russell Carlson Jr. and Derek Carlson, both of Gilson, were acolytes and ushers. Flower girl was Dana Collis, the bride's niece, and ringbearer was Sean Collis, of Galva. Following the ceremony, a reception was held for the couple in the church fellowship hall. Serving honors were accorded Mrs. Dale Collis, the bride's sister-in-law, Galva; Miss Mary Heizer, Richmond, Va.; Mrs. William Collis, the bride's sis­ ter-in-law; Mrs. Earl Hartman, the bridegroom's sister-in-law, Woodland Park, Colo. Rice packets were distributed by Stacey and Shelley Collis, the bride's nephew and niece, Galva. Gifts were arranged by Mrs. Neil Chambers and Mrs. Gene Myers, Moline. Guests were asked to sign the guest book by Miss Dina Lee Carlson, the bride's cousin. Is Guest A special guest at the wedding was Mrs. Zoe Edeklindt, Karlskrona, Sweden, whom the bride had met on a tour in Norway in 1969.
