Mrs.Hatfield,79, Wood River, Dies WOOD RIVER, Dec. 17. — Mrs. Magdalpna Hatfleld, 79, widow of David Hatfleld, died Saturday at 5 p. m. al her home, 957 Lorena, Lorena, following an Illness of nine months. Mrs. Hntfield was born Nov. 19, 18GG, in Shclbyville, 111., the daughter daughter of Benjamin and. Louvlna Summers. Mrs. Hat field Is survived by four daughters and two sons; Mrs. Lulu Dornieden of Springfield, Mrs. Eva Braughton, Mrs. Alice Sexton, and Mrs. Lydia Fair, all of Wood River, uncl Oscar Hatfleld of Rochester, and Charles Hatfleld of Herrin. Nineteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be conducted conducted from Marks-Weber funeral home, Wood River, Tuesday at 10 a. m., with the Rev. Richard Keyes, pastor of Christian Church, officiating. officiating. The body will be taken to Chestnut and Pierce funeral home at Teylorville for service* at 2 p. in. Tuesday. Burial will be in Oak Hill cemetery, Taylorvftle. Friends viewed the body at the funeral home after 11 a. m. today.
