Hurley, a Muskoge^ boy, who, for the past few years, has been practicing law at Tulsa, has been appointed by Governor Victor Locke as attbmey for the Choctaw tribe of Indians at a salary of |6000 |6000 a year. The appointment must now be approved by President Taft. Hurley attended schooil at a Muskogee, Muskogee, college and la well known to all the olil-tlmers. He Is a clean-cut young man, and will make good.
