Millersburg, Pa., Feb. 21. --Benjamin Jury, aged 80 years, died yesterday after several weeks' illness. He is survived by his wife and five sons, Aaron of Millersburg; Harry of Lancaster; Nathan, of Chicago; Samuel, of Dayton, Ohio, and Wilson, of Freeport, Ill. Mr. Jury was a member of the Lutheran church. The funeral will take place from his late home, in Race street on Saturday afternoon at 1 o'clock, the Rev. Mr. Musselman officiating.
