JEFFERSON CITY to on 209 Democratic Third Arrest in Killing Motivated by Insurance Is Expected .NORWALK, O., March 9 _ (AP)--The arrest of a third Person in the death of Car Schlett, 29, which the state charges was a "murder by automobile," was foreseen today State Highway Patrolman Ray Abrams.
