Charles J. Bupp Charles J. Bupp, husband of Amanda Hake Bupp, died at 5:15 o'clock Saturday morning at his residence, 11 South Highland avenue. avenue. Mr. Bupp, who was 71, succumbed succumbed to a heart ailment. He at one time was city track foreman for the York Railways company. Upon his retirement nine years ago his son, Paul L.
