t William C. Barrow JERSEY SHORE - William C. Barrow, M, of 334 S. Broad St., chief train dispatcher for the New York Central Railroad when he retired in 1960, died at 1:15 a.m. today in the C. and R. Unit of the Lock Haven Hospital. He was born March I, IMS, in Ringtown, son of Rowland and Mary Helwig Barrow. Mr. Barrow was a member of First Methodist Church of Jersey Jersey Shore, a past master of Lodge 232 F. and A.M., the Williamsport Williamsport Consistory and a past president of the former Jersey Shore Athletic Association. Surviving are three daughters, Miss Jane Barrow, Washington, D.C.; Mrs. Lloyd R. Forcey, Jersey Shore, and Mr*. Robert N. Boyer, Lock Haven; one son, William C., Jersey Shore; three grandchildren; four brothers, Philip M., Lock Haven; Harrison Harrison R., Dayton, 0.; Clarence E., Ringtown, and Samuel W., Hershey; Hershey; three sisters, Mrs. H*rry M. Wolfe, Camden, N.J.; Mrs. George W. Anderson, Plainfield, N.J., and 'Mis. Arthur Womer, Pottsville.
