Three Killed On Highways By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS The names of three persons were added to New Mexico's traffic death toll during the weekend, including a 1963 Artesia Artesia High School A:i-State football football pltfycr, ' s'jMelvin L. Wise, Jr., 20, Artesia, was killed Saturday night after the car he was driving off U. S, 82 about 24 miles of Lovington.
