LEADERS OF BADGER STATE , SWISS_COLONISTS DIES Monroe, Wis., April 23.—John Luchsinger, 82, leader of tho old Swiss colonists who developed dairying dairying and cheejso manufacture in southern Wisconsin, died here Sunday Sunday of pneumonia. He was the historian historian of the colony, served four U-rms in the Wisconsiri legislature, and held many other public offices. At death he was president of the Citizens bank, the largest in Green county. His last public service was as judge of the Probate court, to which office ho was appointed in 1919
