' CONVICTED AGAIN. A White Cap of Union County is Doubly Convicted of Murder. At the January, 1S92, teim of the Su preme Court, a case against murderer Chism was reversed and remanded to Union county. Chism, as a member of a band of white caps, had shot and killed a man named B. II. Adair, was tried in the circuit circuit court of Union county, and con victed on the charge of murder. The new trial has now been had, and Chism again found guilty of murder, The Supreme Court will act on the case the second time in December. Chism has the distinction of being the first white cap convicted of murder in the State of Mississippi.
