PL Grove Has Jamboree Delegation By BEULAH BRADLEY PLEASANT GROVE— The excitement, excitement, thrills and fine traditions traditions of a National Scout Jamboree Jamboree will be experienced by the Timpanogos Stake Scout Troop 24, Section 1, when they leave Friday, July 5, at 5 p. m. Led by a stake scout leader, Ray Pulley, they wil join the Utah National Parks delegation at Provo, for their trip to Valley Forge, Pa., where the jamboree is to be held. Joining the Timp- anogos Stake Scouts to make up a fun troop will be scouts from Lehl and Alpine Stakes for their three- week trip by special train. En route they will visit Detroit, Detroit, Niagara Falls, and other points of historical, interest, including including a visit to the LDS Saored Twelve states now are using green, rather than white, signs to provide directional information to motorists. Grove, and a two-day stop at New York City for sightseeing. Historical Valley Forge, filled with tradition and historical background background will provide the setting for the jamboree. There they will see among other things, the "Lookout "Lookout Tower," and a cannon used in the Revolutionary war.
