CHARTER NOTICE. In the Court of Comomn Pleas for the County of Lebanon. NOTICE is hereby'given that an application will be made to the Court of Common Pleas of Lebanon County, on Monday, the twentieth day of October A. D. 1902, at ten o'clock a. m., under the "Act to provide for the incorporation and regulation of certain corpor- Uions," approved April 29, 1874, and its supplements, by George Gress. Joseph Tillolt, Jphn Hayrick, Michael Blatnicky, Stephen Horni, Michael Sasporlck, Andrew Maiok, Paul Un. dersik. Peter Stash, John Csanda and Michael Marnicsin and their associates for the charter of an intended corporation to be called Subordinate Assembly, No. 254, of the National Slavonic Society of the United States of America, the character and object jf which is the raaiijtainance of a society for benenciaj and protective purposes to its members from funds collected therein for the purpose of helping the people of the Slavonian race residing in the county of Lebanon and vicinity in distress, sickness and death; to educate and instruct-th™ in the English language and other studies, to fit them for the duties of life and citizenship wltti our English speaking people, and the adoption of a constitution and by-laws for the government of said society, and for these purposes to have, possess and enjay all the rights, benefits and privileges conferredTby the said Act and its supplements.
