Joseph F. Arbeiter 33 years old, of the 2800 block of Missouri was arrested Saturday night after police said they found $10,000.00 worth Marijuana, codiene, petaazocine and propoxyphene in his home. 17 August 1981. In 1970, Arebeiter was acquitted of "raping a South Side woman." The next year in 1971, he was sentenced to six years, for "burglary and stealing," and "Operating A Motor Vehicle Without The Owner's Consent." and carry a .25 caliber pistol in the car.
