Joe marks causing property damage
Pair Convicted Of Damaging Two Hancock men were sentenced today in District Court to five months in jail for destruction of property June 27. The men are charged with damaging two vehicles, a 1972 Chevrolet Corvette and a 197.0 International Scout, belonging to E.A. Burke of Hancock. Joseph Howard Marks Jr., of 200 block Main St., Hancock, and Edward R. Bivens, 20, also of Hancock, were charged. Both men appealed the jail sentence, and are free on bond pending retrial in Circuit Court.
