Fred Vajgrt suit-Judge may view site where Road would go through property-Oct 26th-1909
JUDGE MAY VIEW SITE. Attorneys Want Court to See Dooryard in Dispute. There is a possibility that Judge C. B. Bradshaw will be whisked in an automobile five miles southeast of the city this afternoon to view the door- yard of the Fred Vajgrt home, which is in controversy in the suit Vajgrt brought to prevent the board of supervisors supervisors from establishing a highway thru it. Judge Bradshaw said he wouid think over the offer of the attorneys, who agreed to divide the costs of the machine if the judge would go. The I evidence in the case was completed! just before court adjourned for noon.
