ALL 'THAT CERlAlN PLANTA TION OR TRACT OF LAND, containing one hundred and eightv (10) acres, more or less, known as the Homestead Tract, and bounded by lands of Mrs. S. T. Izlar, J. W. Autiey. Martha R. Antley and others. 2. ALL THAT CERTAIN OTHER TRACT OR PARCEL, containing two hundred (200) acres, more or less, and bounded bv lands of J. W. Antley. Jacob Smoak, Martha R. Antley and Cooper swamp. Terms : One-half One-half One-half cash and" the balance on a credit of twelve months, the credit portion to be secured bv bond of mirehaser. bearing interest from day of sale, payable annuaiiy, together witn a mortgage or the premises sold; and purchaser to pay Master for papers and recording, and to pay all taxes payable alter day oi sale, me purchaser purchaser may pay all cash if he so desires. In case any purchaser shall fail to comply with the terms of sale, the real estate bid of by such purchaser will be resold on same or some subsequent salesday, upon same terms, at risk of former purchaser.
