Sentenced—Mary Quinn Faerber, to life imprisonment in the state penitentiary, penitentiary, on a second degree murder conviction in connection with the death last November of Miss MyrI Warner of Fillmore, victim of an illegal illegal operation. Mrs. Faerber, 72, wasted and infirm, was the third defendant convicted and sentenced to prison for the death of lUiss Warner. Alfred T. Faerber, her nusbano, drew a life term; Paul Van Bode, 15 years. Sentenced—Gilchrist Booth, 18,-to 2o years m the state penitentiary, and Joseph Medley, 18, to a maximum of live years; for the murder of John P. Halvorsen, insurance salesman, in Salt Lake on January 2. Booth pleaded pleaded guilty to second degree murder; Medley to being an accessory to the 3CC.
