Faerber, convicted recently by a district court jury second degree murder for the of Miss Myrl Warner of Ffflmore was in the state penitentiary to begin serving a lifs sentence. Faerber, who was accused of performing an illegal operation which proved fatal for Miss Warner, entered the state prison Tuesday jernoon. Paul Von Bode, charged Jointly with Faerber for the same offense ioday began the third day of trial in district eourt. Voa Bode- is alleged to have assisted Faerber and his wife,. Mary 'Quinn Faerbex, in performing the operation at the Faerber home Mrs. Faerber is expected to go ,riat when Yon Bode's case is- disposed of.
