6 Held In Connection With Stolen Car Ring INDIANAPOLIS (UPI) — The FBI said six persons were arrested Wednesday in Indiana and Kentucky on charges stemming from operation of an interstate stolen car ring. John M. Holsapple, 43, and his brother, Marion, 40, both of Mitchell, were arrested at Mitchell. Those arrested in Kentucky included S. Ray Basham, 41, Warren County; Randall Robinson, 38, Henry County; Thomas Lancaster, 37, Fairdale, and William E. Houk, 36, Louisville. The FBI said another person, William J. Barkley, 35, Fort Ritner, Ind., was arrested previously in connection with the case. The arrests were based on »federal grand jury indictments returned Monday at Louisville. Those arrested were specifically charged with conspiracy to steal and transport motor vehicles in interstate commerce.
