Atlantic City Private Dies a Jap Prisoner . ATLANTIC CITY, July 10. Private William Sheeran. 28. son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick J. Sheeran. of 59 N. Bellevue ave., died June 29 in a Japanese prison camp, accordine io wora received from the war De partment today by his parents. His death was due to natural causes, it was statea. Private Sheeran was an automo bile metalsmith before his enlist mem, in me Army m 1910. He was graduated as a radio operator at facott Field, 111., in May 1941, and was assigned to Nichols Field, in the Philippines. Last January his fam ily was notified that he was a prisoner of the Japs. Sheeran, a graduate of Holv SDlrit High School, ateo is survived by four Dromers ana two sisters.
