Carthage, Mo., July 14.—The will of Mrs. Rachel Smith, who died recently recently at her liome in Duonweg, was filed today for probate. The win provided that the testator's testator's home shall go to h^r brother. Warren Colclasure, for his lifetime and at his death it is to pass to Dudley Colclasure. With the exception exception of a bequest of $1 to Sarah Adams and a like amount to Matilda Thomas, the remainder of the estate estate is to be divided equally among the following^ Warren Colclasure, Mrs. Caroline Landreth, J. C. Em- lily, Dudley Colclasure and Ale.v- ander Colclasure. The will was written written June 25, '1923, with Drs. R. M. Stormont of Webb, City and W. R. Gaddie of Duenweg as witnesses. Harry W. Sterling today was named executor of the will, furnishing furnishing $20,000 bond. The estate, which is almost entirely entirely In cash in banks and government government bonds, is said to amount to approximately ?10,000.
