The Rev. Matthew Sams and the Rev. Jimmy Moore officiated. The bride is the daughter of Kenneth Kenneth and Barbara Jean Waldroup of Hot Springs. Her father gave her in marriage. ' The bridegroom is the son of Cline and Mary Ruth Fowler of Hot Springs. His father was best man. Matron of honor was Lisa Renee Russell of Spring Creek. Maid of honor was Christal Michelle Moore of Lenoir. Bridesmaids were Donna Hyatt of Monroe, sister of the bridegroom, Leslie Leslie Weaver of Lenoir, Sharon Capps of Kings Mountain and Sherry Riddle of Spring Creek.
