Big rl JENNIFER LEIGH CALDWELL weds Cameron Dale Gunter Caldwell-Gunter ASHEVILLE - Jennifer Leigh Caldwell and Cameron Dale Gunter of Marshall were married at 6 o'clock in the evening, July 13, 2002, at the West Asheville Presbyterian Church. The Rev. Berke Landrum officiated. A reception followed at the Ramada Plaza Hotel. The bride is the daughter of David and Joan Caldwell and the granddaughter of Carrie Johnson and the late James Robert Johnson, and the late Raymond and Mae Caldwell, all of Marshall. The groom is the son of Susie Frisbee of Hot Springs and the late Edwin Dale Gunter and the grandson of Fred and Faye Gunter, all of Marshall, and the late Arville and Pansy Thomas of Hot Springs. Matron of honor was Dana Brinson of Charleston, S.C., cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Michelle Fortenberry of Gary, Ind., Abby McDougall of Bluffton, S.C, cousins of the bride, Holly Gunter, sister of the groom, Katrina Eighmey, Robin Payne-Worley, all of Marshall, Kelly Ponder of Mars Hill, Kim Butler of Charlotte, and Angie Buckner of Hendersonville, all friends of the bride. Best man was Fred Gunter, grandfather of the groom. Groomsmen were Ryan Gunter, brother of the groom, Jonathan Caldwell, brother of the bride, Robert Holbrook, Steven Johnson, Jason Worley, all of Marshall, Dean Mace and Tim Capps of Mars Hill and Buddy Buckner of Greeneville, Tenn., and honorary groomsman was Eddie Fox of Mars Hill. Miniature bride was Halee Brinson, ringbearer and flower girl were Hunter and Hannah Brinson, all of Charleston. Organ selections were performed by the Rev. Allen Webner. Soloists were Holly Gunter and Dorothy Fortenberry, aunt of the bride. Katie Estridge attended the guest book. Zack McDougall and Rick Nallenweg distributed programs. Wedding director was Sue Estridge. Floral designs were created by Steven Fox of Mars Hill. The wedding cake was by LynelFs Cakes and Catering of Mars Hill. Photography was by Randy Cox of Weaverville. Reception music was by Sound Expressions. Wedding attire was by Wedding Inspirations of Asheville. The bride is a 1997 graduate of Madison High School and a 2001 graduate of UNC at Charlotte with a Bachelor of Arts in math and science, middle grades education. She is employed by the Madison County Schools. The groom is a 1994 graduate of Madison High School. He is self-employed in heating and air conditioning. After a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii, the couple will reside in Marshall.
