NEW APrCLUlTE COUUT ORGANIZED Tlio Throe Judge on the Bench Xow Kenilj- for Uiislne s. The new appellate court in this clty is now In session for the hearing of cases. The court yesterday appointed R. R. Hatfield court bailiff after which the court was ready for business. The court room was well tilled and a large number of attorneys occupied seats inside the Tailing to welcome the judges in their opening session. There w?re three large arm chairs placed in the judge's stand. Judge John son occupied the middle chair and Judge Denison was seated at his right and Judge Cole occupied the left hand chair. The court preserved that dignity and j decorum that distinguishes American higher courts, and made a very favor- ! able impression. There was nothing but complimentary remarks heard j among the crowd as to the appearance of the new court . 1 A number of cases were called and i massed upon or continued to a future day. The first case heard was from j Greenwood county the title of wheh was George E. Thrall vs. W. Fairborother j and Attorney R. P. Kelly of Eureka i made the first argument before the 1 court
