CASE CLOSED AGAINST ALLEGED LIQUOR RING Frank DeMayo, Ray Broom, Robert Carnehan and Joe Ivleason Plead Guilty. KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 15.—(U.P.) —The government today closed its case against four alleged leaders of a liquor ring with the destroying of all evidence against Frank DeMayo, Ray - Broom, Robert Carnehan and Joe Kleason. Judge Merrill E. Ottis authorized agents in charge of the Prohibition. Bureau Bureau to dump the evidence in the Missouri Missouri River. All four of the men had pleaded guilty.
