the a hit was hit High the expired of Mrs. Goodin dies in hospital Mrs. Maxine Goodin, 55, of 901 Westwood Court, died at 9:30 p.m., Saturday, at a Columbia hospital. Mrs. Goodin had been in ill health for several months and had been a patient in the hospital since Tuesday. A native of Enone, Mrs. Goodin was born Sept. 8,1917, the daughter of Floyd and Caroline Teplina Shorter Higgins. On Jan. 12,1935, at Jefferson City, she was married to 0. Goodin, who survives. Mrs. Goodin attended the public schools, here, and a member of the Presbyerian Church. Other survivors include: One son, Ben F. Goodin, Boonville; two daughters, Mrs. N a o m i W h i t e B l u e b i r d Dr., and Patricia Nelson, Denver, Colo. One brother, Dean Higgins, Sedalia; one sister, Mrs. Maude Fairchild, 1316 Monroe St.; and five grandchildren. Funeral arrangements under under the direction of the Buescher Memorial Home incomplete.
