Oakley schools. His family -•« moved to Lehi, then to Provo * in 1925. After his marriage he ~ and his wife made their first I home in Provo. < ~ Employed as a construction * pipe layer ^ Mr. Kinsey . had "., traveled quite extensively fol- ;• lowing construction work. In 8 1964 he retired because of his " health. v He was a member of the LDS :; Church. r His hobbies included horse ?. raising.
