Olson told deputies he was traveling about 60 miles an hour when ho prepared to pass Parmer'g car. The county had registered its third fatality of the year at 2 a .m. Saturday when Roy E. Bull, 54, Milton, was killed outright in a collision on Highway 51 a mile south of Edgerton. The fatalities were the first in the county since Jan. 21. District Attorney Investigating Dist. Atty. Frank X, Kinast said this morning • that his office vvas investigating both fatal accidents. As yet no evidence of criminal negligence negligence has been turned up in either, either, he said. Croake was bom in Albany April, 11,1926, ithe son of Harry and Cora Teehan Croake. He was graduated from Albany High School and served with the Army during World Warn. He was married to Doris Herttsch Nov. 25, 1947 in Beloit Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Suzanne and Judy; bis parents Mr. and Mrs. Harry Croake, 1227 Park Ave., Beloit; two brothers, James, Beloit, and John, Roscoe, ri. A third brother, Donald, Donald, was killed in an auto accident in 1943. Services will be at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Daly Funeral Home, Beloit, and 9 o 'clock in St. Thomas Thomas Satholic Church, Beloit. Burial wUl be in Calvary Cemetery, Croake, Settlement.
