Lloyd Vanderheyden Of Stockton Injured As Car Turns Over Richard Lau, 33. and Lloyd Vnn- dorhpyricn, about 49, both of Stockton Stockton were Injured in nn accident last evening about. fi:20 near the Plying Plying Cloud restaurant on U. Phillip Schermerhorn, who Investigated the accident, Lau was attempting to light a cigaret as they were traveling east toward Freeport, Freeport, when the auto went off the road ontcuthe soft shoulder of the south side of the highway and then careened to the north side of the road before flipping over on ita back. The accident occurred near the same spot where Mr. and Mrs, A. M. Smith, also of Stockton, were involved in a similar accident that resulted in Mr. Smith's death early yesterday. The injured men were brought to Deaconess hospital in the Leamon ambulance from Lena. Vanderheyden's condition remained remained serious today.
